Meet the Team

Team member

Adrian Shepherd

in
CEO, Founder

In college, Adrian chose documentaries over dates, and he has never once asked for a refund. He honed his craft at the BBC and Discovery Channel, learning that every great story needs a sharp edit and an unreasonable amount of coffee. Then he started Superfly in his garage, chasing a rabbit running between the clouds, which is his way of saying creativity never follows the rules. Today, that garage door is wide open for clients across the globe, who walk in with a dream and walk out with a rainbow, fully edited and color-graded.

Murli

in
Creative Head

Murli is happy-go-lucky, though he'll tell you the "lucky" part is still loading. He is one of Superfly's most creative minds and leads the team by example, mostly by arriving late and then never missing a deadline by even a second. His jokes and energy could run the studio without electricity, which is handy, because the power bill has never once been his problem. And when it comes to giving a project a whole new dimension, he's the one the team turns to.

Team member

Akshat Joshi

in
Head of Sales and Business Development

Akshat leads sales and business development for Superfly Productions across domestic and international markets. With a strategic focus on high-value client acquisition, he builds lasting partnerships that connect brands with impactful storytelling. From commercial campaigns to branded content and large-scale visual productions, Akshat drives revenue growth while expanding Superfly’s creative footprint worldwide.

Team member

Arun Kumar

in
Senior Video Editor

Arun is a gully cricketer and street dancer who figured out that beats and steps are just rhythm, and rhythm is what a great edit runs on. So he traded the street for the timeline and became one of Superfly's finest editors. His humour is slack, but his expressions make it whacky. He mixes a story so well that even he can't say how it happened; the magic just does. Best left unexplained.

Team member

Gajender Singh

in
Head - Digital Marketing

Gajender is a fitness freak who munches chillies like sweets, and no one at Superfly dares to share his lunch. Endlessly curious, he seems to know what's happening in the world before the world does. His work is immaculate, down to the last pixel and the last push-up. Thanks to him, Superfly is a household name among clients, no small feat when most households can't pronounce "post-production.

Team member

Suraj Singh

in
Motion Graphic Artist

Suraj comes from the streets of Pratapgarh with limited resources and unlimited dreams. Quick-witted and always playful, he pairs his love for colours with a healthy dose of jugaad, so every design he touches turns into a festival of colours. Honestly hardworking, he is the only person still fresh with ideas at 3am, when the rest of us are fresh out of coffee and sanity.

Team member

Deepanshu Kumar

in
Cinematographer/Editor

Deepanshu is a biker, a beatboxer, a gamer, a cinematographer and a proud Gen Z, though unlike most of his age group, he isn't busy blowing Papa's money. He rode his way into the trade of post-production instead, and he's been picking up speed ever since, faster than Road Rash, without a single challan. Nerdy and always eager to learn, he is full of ideas and figures out how to execute them without a fuss. Rumour has it his helmet has better frame composition than most showreels, and his beats keep the edit bay in rhythm.
